Uma UK-30ST EVO All Solid Acacia Tenor Ukulele w/Padded Gigbag (38mm nut) #1

The first thing we need to do is acknowledge that this Uma UK-30ST looks scarily reminiscent of a Kanile'a K-3 ukulele. That alone puts across our general feeling that this ukulele has no business being this price... It simply looks and sounds like a ukulele in the next price bracket.

The stunning look of the acacia and cosmetic details like the soundhole rosette and abalone binding just catch your eye every time. We have one up on a wall of ukuleles in the store as I write this and it stands out against some real stiff competition.

The Uma sounds sweet as you would expect from acacia as a tonewood, it also feels light in the hands and the gloss finish tightens up the sound and feel a fair bit. Check out Alex's video below for a more in depth look.

It also has a slotted headstock, wider 38mm nut width and good quality open back geared tuners. Winner!
