Kala introduced the KA-CM-SLN in early 2023 during the big mango boom. With so many entry level ukulele's on the market this lovely soprano stands out from the crowd with the sweet figuring in the wood reflecting the ukulele's citrus mango tones. Warm and balanced it sits somewhere between the deep darkness of mahogany and bright snappiness of spruce.
The addition of a long neck takes this soprano bodied uke to a concert scale allowing you fingerboard space but maintaining that happy snap of a soprano ukulele. Whilst this range of Ukuleles are laminates they retain the sound of Mango and have a really lovely, pleasurable dynamic range.
As you might expect with such figured wood each one is slightly different coming out of the box so yours will be truly unique in appearance.
