Pono BN-30D Sunburst Solid Wood "Big Baritone" Ukulele with hard case

What an extraordinary instrument. This is basically a tenor guitar slightly modified to take nylon strings instead of steel in Baritone ukulele DGBE tuning, and it sounds absolutely wonderful! Imagine the biggest, best and most mellow sounding Baritone that you have heard, add more volume, sustain, precise intonation and crisper note definition and you might be half way there. If Barry White had been a Ukulele - He would be a Pono BN-30D. And thanks to Jared Newbery for suggesting it be called the "Bari White". Nice one!

The solid spruce top is the engine for that fabulous tone, whilst the solid rosewood on the back and sides really works with the top to reinforce the volume, and project the sound from the soundhole.
