Honestly, one of the nicest sounding baritones that has crossed the threshold here in years. The solid mahogany is a superb choice for the this baritone, lending it a rich and deep sound with tons of sustain and volume, and a very pretty smattering of harmonics. It is also loud and very responsive, testament to its high quality but lightweight build - the woods used here have plenty of leeway to vibrate!
You have to forgive the odd blemish in the finish with any of Marshall's instruments and the original owner has probably left a mark on it but no splits or big dinks than we can see - they are fundamentally very well made, but they do bear the odd cosmetic mark here and there. If they were finished to Kanile'a type of standard they'd be a huge amount more!
Comes with a free pod case but it is a bit tatty as a heads up to prospective owners. Still, how many premium UK built baritones do you find on the second hand market?
