We have heard nothing but great things about the long neck soprano Millar ukulele range. One of the SP-210LL ukuleles received an impressive 9.3/10 review from Got A Ukulele in the summer of 2020. Since then, we have collaborated with our friends at World of Ukes and Millar to produce several limited run long neck soprano models.

This model, the TA-210L is an all solid acacia traditional spec ukulele that takes some inspiration from traditional Kamaka ukes of old. The concert neck on soprano body may not be unique to Millar but its hard to dispute that with this warm, polished and seasoned tone. Millar are right up there with market leaders like Kiwaya when it comes to sopranos.

A unique feature of this ukulele is the factory strings which are clear nylon and sound exceptionally sweet on an already dainty and delicate sounding uke, you get a familiar vintage sound and feel to Kamaka sopranos. They will not be to everyone's taste, but they sound lovely to my ears - full, sweet and harp-like.
