Kala KA-SA-BE Electro Acoustic Baritone Ukulele All Solid Acacia

The biggest brother of the All Solid Acacia Kala family! Acacia is similar in character to Koa, so on the brighter side of the spectrum. The sound is very clear, with plenty of volume, and lovely sustain, typical of all solid wood instruments: cheaper laminates can sound a little muddy by comparison. The tone, volume and sustain is undoubtedly helped by the NuBone nut and saddle, which as a very hard material allows for greater vibrations which go on for longer.

Acacia suits the Baritone ukulele very well - the wood conspires to make a deep, resonant chiming sound which sounds almost harp like, very beautiful and suitable for many different styles of playing.

We retrofit a high quality Fishman PRO-AGO-UKE undersaddle pickup with chrome endpin jack socket to the standard KA-SA-B to make this recording or gigging ready!

Owing to wood being a natural material, each ukulele will vary a little in appearance. Acacia has light and dark elements which can vary in proportion, and can form wavy or straight grain lines. The uke shown is a good representation of average!
