Back in 2014 Kala released a very popular range of laminate Koa instruments that sounded great whilst also have a little slice of Hawaii about them with the deep orange textured look of the laminate Hawaiian Koa body... Sadly for a long time it has been impossible to get them until now. This Ukulele has a bright and bubbly sound and looks great with the maple binding, high gloss finish and satin neck giving a new look but a played in feel. The electro models also feature a cutaway for higher fret access and Kala's popular UK-300T Preamp/Piezo pickup system that has some EQ options and a built in tuner.
