The biggest brother of the Kala Solid Acacia Kala family! Acacia is similar in character to Koa, so on the brighter side of the spectrum. The sound is very clear, with plenty of volume, and lovely sustain, typical of all solid wood instruments: cheaper laminates can sound a little muddy by comparison.
Acacia suits the Baritone ukulele very well - the wood conspires to make a deep, resonant chiming sound which sounds almost harp like, very beautiful and suitable for many different styles of playing.

This is a classic model now in good condition - it arrived with some scratches and dings to the neck but we have professionally sanded back and refinished the neck leaving it in a condition feeling fresh but lived in - honestly, the work on the neck is an upgrade! The body condition is about an 8/10 with some buffed up patches caused by playwear from the original owner. It's a lived in ukulele with decades of life left in it.
