This Donner bass is a bargain for someone looking to test the waters with a Ukulele bass on a budget. It's in great condition, barely played by its first owner and the pickup sounds perfectly serviceable through a Bass amplifier... It's made of laminate mahogany with a technical wood fingerboard and bridge but comes in a nice padded bag to complete the deal. The strings are a little bit rough on the fingers and could do with a change before too long but we decided to leave them to keep the cost of this bass in the realms of a beginner.
