UMA UK-20SSP-BK-E Solid Mahogany Electro Pineapple Black Soprano Ukulele w/Gigbag

This stylish and full bodied Uma pineapple soprano ukulele has a solid mahogany body underneath a transparent black stain and lovely gloss finish.

It feels substantial in the hands and a noteworthy step up from many other ukes just £10-20 less in price... It also comes with a very cool padded gigbag. It has all the snap of a soprano, the crackle of a concert with that pineapple shaped body and it pops!

The slotted headstock could make the instrument feel a bit odd as it often does on sopranos but not at all here. This is a real precision machine with a technical wood fingerboard and bridge that did a great job of fooling me that it was rosewood. It also has a 35mm nubone nut and saddle. Don't hesitate, buy one now!

Fitted with a passive under-saddle pick-up, this model is electrified and amp ready!

Listing shows a typical example. Please do not purchase this if you are expecting a black finish. I think we can all agree that despite the name and intentions the finish is decidedly dark brown. The name provided by Uma is sadly a bit misleading... Any questions, please drop us a line.
