This 36mm x 3.5mm x 5mm bone nut is suitable for most soprano and concert ukuleles as well as many tenor ukuleles including tenor models by brands such as Kala and Lanikai.

After small adjustments with some sandpaper, it is a perfect fit for most 35mm nut width ukuleles.
