This D'Addario folk nylon bronze wound ukulele string is an excellent alternative to other wound low G strings on the market. It works nicely with tenor and baritone ukuleles. Although, if you are using it on a baritone, you should ensure that your nut slot is cut to take the gauge correctly, as if not the extra tension can easily cause the string to break over the nut.
D'Addario folk nylon ukulele strings provide a warm and mellow tone not found on other wound low G strings. An excellent choice for a fingerstyle player and part of our custom GCEA baritone set, and our custom DGBE baritone set.
