This latest "MK2" update has brought a much appreciated 38mm nut to the snail range, a feature that was one of very few drawbacks in the Snail range, offering a modern comfort to an already very playable ukulele. The UKT-598EQ is made from high quality laminate ebony wood, which in most cases displays striking grain in its finish. The rope binding and rosette are premium additions that we don't often see on instruments under £200.

The UK500T pickup system is also a good and reliable piece of kit, with trebel, mid and bass controlls and a built in tuner with LCD screen.

This fabulous electro acoustic tenor offers fantastic value for money, punching above it's weight for a ukulele in its price range.
