Uma UK-11SC Striped Ebony Concert Ukulele w/gigbag

You could be forgiven to mistake this Uma ukulele for something like the Kala EBY-C at first glance, and to be honest they are not dissimilar. There are a handful of notable differences however.

This sweet satin finish concert ukulele from Uma is the UK-11SC and features some really striking striped ebony across the board. The maple binding frames the dark ebony really nicely both on the front and back, accented by a wide maple soundhole rosette that really completes the bold aesthetic of this lovely concert.

Sound wise, there's more sustain than you might expect from ebony, and some nice singing brightness in the tops. Around this price point we're a little spoilt for choice, but the Uma UK-11SC does visually stand out on the wall as something a little different. The  style, finish and feel are all big up-ticks with this one, and it has a lovely little sound.
