In Kala's short history they have excelled at producing instruments that look and perform above and beyond the players expectation. The Kala KA-ASAC-T has been amongst our best selling instruments for as long as we can remember, with good reason.

It seems fitting that they have commemorated their Tenth anniversary with a model that amalgamates many of the popular features from their most impressive and coveted models. The KA-ASAC-TNTH has a maturity to its tone that doesn't come along every day. Kala call this Ukulele a Special Edition - It really is.

The Sweet pea is indeed sweet and has a crisp confident tone that really compliments finger picking. Equally, this Ukulele retains enough of the Koa/Acacia harp like sound that sits beautifully with a singer. Finally, the consensus amongst the staff seems to be that the gold Grover tuners are a real luxury and feel like an upgrade on other Kala Ukuleles.

 

This used model is one of 500 tenth aniversary models made, number 156 to be precise. It is in fair condition, I would say 7/10 with some surface scratches, a little bit of tranish on the tuners and signs of having been played but nothing major. It comes shipped in a really nice padded Boston gigbag.
