The Flight Nighthawk snuck up on us - stealth pun intended! There is something just thrilling and inviting about this mixture of sultry dark stained woods with the blue binding and blue scoop style cutaway. For several years now, this model has been wowing concert and tenor players but finally Flight have opened up this model to baritone players who want something a little bit darker looking in DGBE tuning.

It's one of those instruments that has everything you could ever need at a reasonable price; solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides with a great double pickup fitted for stage use and Flight's signature pin bridge with the bridge pins.

The slotted headstock and side slanted 'invisible' fretboard inlays look really cool and are not something we have seen on a uke before and although the wood combinations are really conventional; the uke itself is anything but with a unique styling backed up by a well made ukulele and a unique aesthetic.

The Nighthawk baritone ukulele features a rosewood bridge, as well as a real bone nut and a compensated saddle. Compensated saddles help to properly set the intonation of each string. The Nighthawk includes a pin bridge system, which helps keep the strings properly aligned on the ukulele, as well as to create a break angle over the saddle that transfers vibrations efficiently to the spruce soundboard of the ukulele.

The gorgeous pearloid rosette and flashy blue cutaway and binding add bling to this ukulele – even the Flight logo is pearloid blue. The square, off-set fret markers are eye-catching and modern looking. Far from being a retiring wallflower, this ukulele wants to be noticed!

This preowned model is in 8/10 condition with a handful of small surface scratches but nothing major. Grab yourself a bargain of a ukulele shipped in its original gigbag.
