A very interesting ukulele! The vita shape, like a pineapple shape, makes a much fuller and more rounded sound than a traditional waisted design. The sound is much more complex, owing to the different shape of the solid spruce top, and produces nice accents on the low mids and bass frequencies. Having said that, the treble is nice and zingy, no doubt owing to the Spruce, and it sustains nicely because of the bone nut and saddle. And when you strum chords, there is a very pretty pattern of harmonics that to this writers ears sound a little more prominent than on a solid spruce top concert with a waisted design.
