B-Stock Millar TA-240G All Solid Acacia Concert Ukulele #2
Check out the fantastic new Millar TA-240G all solid acacia concert ukulele. It's a really welcome treat, like a breath of fresh air, and I can't believe we've not been playing these beauties for years.
Millar have a family run workshop of builders in Taiwan and they're creating some awe inspiring instruments. They're completely pushing the limits of what you can expect from a ukulele at this price point. You get something that feels like a Pono, Big Island or Imua ukulele. The woods chosen and clear attention to detail really enhance these cracking little instruments.
This one has been reduced by 10% because of two identical dips in the finish either side of the body. They run parallel with the woodgrain but are under the surface. You can only see them under a bright light.
The TA-240G is an understated concert ukulele made of solid acacia with a very refined high gloss finish, rosewood fingerboard and rosewood tie on bridge. The neck shape on the concerts is slim and very modern feeling with a 35mm nut width. Although there are not many cosmetic touches, the small finishes like the gold machine heads with wooden buttons and factory fluorocarbon strings go a very long way on an already superb ukulele.
Listing shows actual ukulele. All these Millar ukulele look unique enough that they need individual listings.
