Kai KCI-5000 All Solid Acacia Concert Ukulele with Slotted Headstock and Side Port w/Bag

This is another excellent concert model from newcomer Kai ukuleles. Having really enjoyed the new cheaper mango and maple laminate models released earlier in the year - we were really excited to sample an all solid wood. Kai ukuleles were up against our lofty expectations and we're pleased to say, they were easily exceeded!

This solid acacia concert ukulele reminds us of Snail - an up and coming brand with a keen eye for detail, making comfortable affordable instruments. The side sound hole is a welcome inclusion too and adds a bit of depth and bass that is often lost on ukuleles with gloss finishes at the price.

The solid acacia top, back and sides sound as good as they look. It is creamy and complex - it's the homemade stew of ukuleles - full of flavour and great with a glass of wine.
