Peter Moss is a 20+ year overnight sensation in the entertainment world having toured extensively across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand in his career to date. His work as a ukulele teacher in the modern world of social media learning has earned him praise from ukulele fans young and old with his trusty Flight Spirit concert uke in hand along the way.

In early 2022, Peter launched his own signature Concert model with Flight based on his preferred wood combination of spruce and mahogany. Then later in the year, this Tenor model followed following very high demand for the longer scale length. They're both topped with a stylish film noir style moon burst finish on the solid spruce top, which is very singular indeed and look stunning. At just over £400, this model has a very high spec and represents very good value for money indeed.

The Peter Moss signature tenor features a scoop style cutaway for upper fret access, Flight's signature slotless slotted headstock and offset fret dot design. The solid spruce top is selected because of its open, loud and almost percussive sound and is paired with solid African mahogany back and sides for a warmer, balanced edge. It's bright, responsive and chimes like a bell!

The smaller details include a lovely front cream binding and a pearloid rosette, weight relifed bracing and a rosewood fingerboard and bridge. It also has the double C1U ukulele pickup which is Flight's custom modified double pickup with a soundhole mounted control panel tucked discreetly out of the way. The ukulele comes fitted with Worth BT brown medium tension fluorocarbon tenor ukulele strings.

Pictures show an average example. Owing to the burst finish, they are all very consistent looking indeed.

Note: Flight Ukuleles are a fantastic choice at this particular price point because they often offer extra features and striking wood that defy the expectations of this price. However, they do suffer from cosmetic flaws and small finish defects like other Chinese made production instruments. We do our best to capture major issues but you may find some small imperfections on close inspection that cannot be avoided.
