This is a very well made and very cleverly designed electric tenor ukulele which is made in Europe. It is a very simple instrument with a passive undersaddle piezo pickup connected to a jack socket and no tone or volume controls. The sound is very clean, bright and strong and lends itself beautifully to any kind of gigging scenario. 
 
This is the updated Risa model with planetary geared tuners, so you will find the tuning stability and precision is much better than the previous model. The build quality is fabulous, with an absolute minimum of moving parts to go wrong! It's a solid 9.9/10.
 
This Risa tenor ukulele includes the fitted gigbag and strap. Clever!
