We try to ensure that all products advertised on this website are in stock. However, occasionally items may have just been sold and the website might not have been updated. In which case, we'll contact you immediately with alternative suggestions.

All ukuleles are inspected when they arrive with us, set up and adjusted as required, then checked again before we send them to ensure that you get them in tip top condition. Buy with confidence!

This website operates real time stock management. This means that if we have only one of a particular item in stock, as soon as you add it to your shopping cart, the website will show the item as Out of Stock in red. Do not panic! If you see the item you require in your shopping cart, you have purchased the last one and it is yours.

If you buy something as a gift for someone, and they really do not like it, we always offer an extended returns policy. Simply contact us after they have unwrapped it, and we will always accept it back for an exchange or credit (not a refund).
