Aquila Red Nylgut GCEA Low G strings for Concert ukulele 86U

You need to try the incredible Aquila red ukulele string range for your concert. The exciting new formula mixes Aquila's famous nylgut formula with copper powder. This produces a red coloured set of strings with a mellow sound. These concert ukulele strings have slightly less sustain than the standard strings too, making them suitable for finger picking styles of playing.

This listing is for one set of 4 strings for low G tuning of a concert ukulele. We also sell a single, red low G string too.

Please note that although these strings have improved greatly, some customers still find these strings are quite brittle. They can snap if you don't take extreme caution when fitting them. We recommend warming the strings up with your hand and stretching them in very slowly.
