New for 2019 is the KSR-T
Kanile'a tenor ukulele. This curly koa tenor ukulele is a fantastic adaption of other popular Kanile'a models.
A solid Premium curly koa top, back and sides with almost map like detail in the wood figuring gives you the required bubbly, dreamy traditional Hawaiian ukulele sound. It also has the practical appointment of the thin traditional slotted headstock and the very subtle, almost invisible curly koa armrest that makes the instrument just that bit more comfortable. Think of the KSR-T as grown up sibling of a Kanile'a K-1.
If you want a traditional Hawaiian style ukulele with Kanilea's state of the art building techniques and the updated TRU-R touch relief bracing system then this is the model for you. The bracing faithfully maintains the structural stability of the ukulele from within whilst allowing enough breathing room that the top can vibrate freely and offer the player a more vibrant expressive experience.
One subtle change that has been incredibly popular is the change to a satin neck so your ukulele feels played in and aged instantly.
The latest Kanile'a ukuleles also include an excellent quality Kanile'a deluxe gigbag provided by the manufacturer. The photos show the actual instrument you will receive whilst the video shows a different instrument, but you get a good idea of the sound to expect.
We love you Kanile'a, well done for continuing to innovate year on year.
