This is a fabulous mid priced uke from aNueNue, which really looks like a scaled down classical guitar. Very unique amongst the range of ukuleles on the market today.
As you would expect from Spruce the sound is impressively strong across the whole frequency spectrum, with delicate picking sounding clear and precise, and heavy strumming revealing huge volume with good note separation and sustain. And all the fixtures and fittings are working towards making the most of that rich, full tone that the top generates - Ebony on the fretboard and bone nut and saddle to make all those little vibrations last longer before dying, Rosewood on the back and sides to focus the sound and pump it out to fill the room, and a gloss finish to harden the wood, quicken the response of the top and bring the sound to life.
A really impressive instrument is this, worth every penny and a few more.
