Check out this fantastic Breedlove concert ukulele. The Breedlove Lu'au electro concert ukulele has a solid spruce top with a natural shadow design.

Breedlove are greatly respected in the guitar world and have dipped their fingers into the ukulele world in the past. Now, with the massive rise in popularity for the instrument, Breedlove are back with some exciting new designs. We were pleasantly surprised with the uniqueness of their instruments and the budget conscious price.

This Breedlove Lu'au model has a solid spruce top with laminate Myrtle back and sides. It boasts a very clean high gloss finish and just the slightest most subtle shading around the edges of the top. The spruce top on this really adds some volume to the ukulele. It is clear and quite crisp unplugged and the active Breedlove piezo pickup has a good amount of tonal flexibility. You'll get a really lovely sound of this uke plugged or unplugged.

The ebony fingerboard adds some tangible quality to this instrument that does elevate it above some of the Ohana, Kala, and Ortega models in the same price category. This is a great reintroduction to the ukulele world for Breedlove, and you'll definitely want to give it a play.
