The Flight A10 series has made a real splash in the world of intermediate/high end ukuleles thus far. If you are a frequent visitor of our YouTube channel or social media accounts you will know that we rate the Quilted and Flamed Maple A10's so highly that we made them the top ukulele model of 2021. But what about the A10SC?

Well, we finally have some in stock and what an absolutely inspiring ukulele this is in the hands and on the eyes. It plays as smooth as anything else we have in stock here at SUS and has an open, clear projection and sizzle to the single notes when you finger pick.

This is about as close as a tenor ukulele gets in aesthetic style and feel to a classical guitar and that rare quartersawn Cocobolo absolutely throws the tiny nuances of your playing back out to your audience. It's every bit as lovely as the A10FM and A10QM whilst managing to be a more practical tonewood for a player that likes to perform with lots of dynamics.

Do not be put off by the apparent difference in colour of the two sides of the top. This effect is often found in quartersawn bookmatched wood. As the grain structure is reversed on each side you will find that one side looks lighter and one looks darker, but then as your viewing angle changes, the lighter and darker side will swap!
