Cedar, as any classical guitarist will tell you, has great volume and projection like spruce, but a more mellow edge. If you are after a high quality all rounder which will give you smooth and creamy sounding bass and mids, and decent treble presence as well, then this will be your answer.

All the normal deluxe Pono fittings such as the ebony on the fretboard and bridge, add up to make this a superb precision tool which can handle pretty much anything you throw at it!
