We're really impressed with the new Klos carbon fibre ukuleles. Not only do they sound amazing, their bodies are impervious to changes in temperature and humidity. That means they're the perfect instrument for the outdoors and those who love to travel. The neck is made of mahogany with added stiffening rods to make sure they're up to the challenge.

The Klos range is up there with the Blackbird for body and neck resonance, just falling slightly short of their perfection. You don't have to compromise on sound quality when travelling with this ukulele.

These carbon fibre ukuleles feel excellent in the hand. They're lightweight, well balanced and have the familiar 35mm nut width. There is decent volume when required, with heavy strumming sounding clean and clear with an impressive bass response. When fingerpicking sounds nice and crisp, with single notes played up the neck having real presence.

There will often be small marks, crease lines, or fibre distortions on the body - hallmarks of genuine carbon fibre. Klos don't polish, sand or paint their ukuleles, you get them straight from the press. Pictures show the actual instrument.
