The middle child of the all solid Kala Acacia family! Acacia is similar in character to Koa, so on the brighter side of the spectrum. The sound is very clear, with plenty of volume, and lovely sustain, typical of all solid wood instruments: cheaper laminates can sound a little muddy by comparison. The tone, volume and sustain is undoubtedly helped by the ebony nut and saddle, which as a very hard wood allows for greater vibrations which go on for longer.
With Aquila strings pepping the sound up even further, you have a well made, great looking, great feeling concert ukulele which can turn its hand to any style of playing.
This very special left handed model has been professionally converted to left handed, and set up by us here at the shop and includes two strap buttons. One on the bottom bout and one near the heel joint.
This instrument is now known as the KA-SA-C but this model is the previous incarnation; the KA-ASAC-C.

Owing to wood being a natural material, each ukulele will vary a little in appearance. Acacia has light and dark elements which can vary in proportion, and can form wavy or straight grain lines. The uke shown is a good representation of average!
