This is a very well specced uke for the money. These need to be played with your ears, not your eyes. If you want an absolutely perfectly finished instrument, then this is not for you, but if you want a really good gigging and personal practise tool, then buy one. The build quality is fine, structurally they are superb and very solid, so do not be put off! Just very small cosmetic issues.
