Simply apply the special putty supplied, and BASIK will convey the body vibrations with high precision producing a natural acoustic sound. This version has been conceived for pro audio and recording studio applications: the BASIK-PRO, which is supplied trough a Phantom adapter with 48V, to let you be connected to a mixer. Its user-friendliness and cost-effectiveness make BASIK the ideal acoustic pick-up for beginners. 

The application and use of Schertler transducers is extremely simple and safe. Special inert adhesive putty is provided to mount the pickup to the instrument body. The best location for your sound is quickly found through our indications or through experimentation with placement.
